In my own life experiences, breathing deeply has helped me to overcome the intense mind numbing anxiety I used to exhibit when taking tests or when feeling fearful and overwhelmed by this journey of life and its many responsibilities. Taking a breath is a powerful tool to help you be relaxed, get focused and respond in love.
