What I Vow to Render Unto the Lord

​What shall I render unto the Lord
For all His benefits towards me?
In the presence of all His people,
I vow a committed life to ministry.

God has graced me with second chances;
​He’s brought me full circle to face life anew.
His unconditional love heals me, as it nurtures;
I vow trials and transitions I will endure.

I am literally kept by God’s provisions;
​My faith has deepened; my soul continually lifts.
He stirs my joy and wraps me in His presence;
I vow to embrace and utilize my gifts.

I’ve learned that one of God’s greatest blessings
Is found in the people He lends to our lives;
The s/heroes that inspire by example;
I vow to hold on and to always strive.

What shall I render unto the Lord?
How will I pay my vows?
Through my writings and encouragement of others
To the glory of God, that’s how!

(Psalms 116:14) “I will pay my vows unto the Lord now in the presence of all his people.”
